What kind of photography do you do and how did you get to where you are today?

I focus on destination and international weddings for a distinguished clientele. It has been a journey of over 15 years, and I would not change it for the world. I originally studied architecture and worked at one of the largest firms in the United States.

When I did not find that work fulfilling, I started looking for another creative outlet. Photography became a natural extension, allowing me to compose images while documenting my daughters' growth.

Once I started sharing my work online, everything changed. People began booking me for family sessions, then engagements, and eventually weddings. In 2010, I booked my first weddings and shortly after left my architecture career behind.

My first year I shot 35 weddings, then 40 the following year, and the rest is history.

How have you optimized your workflow in recent years?

Since I started using Neurapix, my workflow has been completely transformed. I am able to reduce my editing time by approximately 85 percent. Before, each wedding required around eight hours of editing spread across multiple sessions.

With Neurapix, the entire process now takes about one hour from start to finish. I let Neurapix handle the bulk of the work and then return for a final quality check.

This allows me to stay focused, deliver more consistent galleries, and avoid long hours behind the computer. Neurapix has been invaluable in elevating both the efficiency and quality of my work.

What general tips do you have for other photographers?

My biggest advice is to find your "why". It should not be about money or fame, but about a deeper reason that will guide your decisions throughout your career. Once you understand your purpose, focus on refining your work.

Look for inspiration everywhere, not just from other photographers. Pay attention to unexpected moments, art, and everyday life, and learn to truly feel a moment. Then build a sustainable business model that fits your goals, whether that means volume or a more premium approach.

Never stop learning and always stay humble. Finally, be kind and supportive within the industry. Helping others grow ultimately benefits everyone.
