What kind of photography do you do and how did you get to where you are today?
I mainly focus on wedding photography. I love capturing emotional, authentic moments and creating images that feel like life was put on pause. I started photography when I was thirteen, after my parents gave me my first camera. A few years later, I photographed my first wedding for a friend's brother and immediately fell in love with it.
After that, I uploaded my work to a freelance platform, and since there was little competition at the time, things grew quickly. In my first year, I already shot around 20 weddings. A big part of my journey has been the mindset of "fake it until you make it." I have done many free projects to improve my skills and build a strong portfolio, and those projects have been a true game changer for me.

How have you optimized your workflow in recent years?
In recent years, I have completely restructured my workflow around automation and consistency. The biggest shift was integrating AI from the very beginning, so I no longer edit images from scratch.
I also streamlined my process for speed and client experience, including instant backups and quick previews within hours. At the same time, I reduced repetitive manual tasks like straightening or basic corrections. Today, my workflow is designed to save time where it does not matter, so I can focus more on the creative decisions that define my style.

What general tips do you have for other photographers?
Do not wait until the middle of the season to optimize your workflow. Take the time beforehand to build and test a system that truly supports you. The faster and more reliable your workflow is, the better your client experience will be. And ultimately, that is what sets you apart.
