Francesco Brunello is an event and wedding photographer with over two decades of experience. Throughout his career, he has continuously evolved his approach while maintaining a deep passion for his craft. In this interview, Francesco shares how modern tools have transformed his workflow, how AI has reshaped post-production, and why photographers should refocus their energy on shooting and growing their business.

What kind of photography do you do and how did you get to where you are today?

I am a photographer specialized in events and weddings, and I have been doing this job for twenty years. I reached where I am today thanks to a constant desire to evolve and improve. Even after all these years, I still feel like it is my first day.

This is a job I truly love, one that has always fulfilled me and still does today. I simply could not imagine my life without it.

How have you optimized your workflow in recent years?

Over the past ten years, my workflow has continuously evolved. The tools available today have made everything more streamlined, faster, and more dynamic. This allows us to take on more events and deliver final results much faster.

The arrival of artificial intelligence has taken this even further. Integrating AI, especially Neurapix, into Lightroom has made post-production incredibly simple, efficient, and professional. Going back to a workflow without these tools would make it very difficult to achieve the same level of results.

What general tips do you have for other photographers?

My advice is to stop focusing so heavily on post-production and start relying on AI for that part of the workflow. By guiding AI with your creative vision, you can achieve excellent results in a fraction of the time. This allows you to dedicate more energy to what truly matters: photography itself.

It also gives you more time for other essential parts of the job, such as social media, blogging, marketing, and connecting with new clients. Post-production used to set photographers apart after hours of work, but today it can be efficiently streamlined with tools like Neurapix.
